Ministries Missions

Missions & Evangelism

Our missions ministry is organized around the Acts 1:8 model and purpose: to go out into our community, state, nation, and world to tell people the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Through this model our church spreads the Word to the world through over 5000 missionaries. Locally, our benevolence and food ministries support hundreds of families with a caring and compassionate ministry to their specific need.

Every year, teams of church members travel internationally to serve in places like Africa, Ukraine, Poland, Greece.

Ministry and mission opportunities are available for any individual who desires to serve others through Hixson First Baptist.
