He is the ultimate Help and Hope we all need to discover!

988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline
A 24/7, confidential crisis line that connects callers to mental health professionals. You can also chat online. For TTY users, you can use your preferred relay service or dial 711 then 988.

Tennessee Statewide Crisis Line
A free, 24/7 crisis line that connects callers to a trained crisis counselor in their area. You can call 855-CRISIS-1 (855-274-7471).

A free, nationwide peer-support service that offers information, resources, and support to people living with a mental health condition. You can call 1-800-950-NAMI (6264), text "HelpLine" to 62640, or email helpline@nami.org.

A free resource that allows you to text 1-833-TLC-MAMA to talk with a trained counselor.
